We fabricate our durable Discovery 1 & Discovery 2 TD5 sill mounted Tree Sliders using a sturdy 75 x 50 x 3mm S235JRH steel box section.

Formed 8° to follow the contour of the Discovery and keep an even shut line, giving a higher ground clearance than most other sliders, offering the maximum protection for your sills and lower doors.

The addition of a robust 60 x 3mm S235JRH round hollow section tube provides additional protection. CNC bent to provide an aesthetically pleasing profile; the tree bars are then MIG welded to the box section fortified by 3mm CR4 spacer plates for rugged strength

Carefully designed for ease of mounting and cleaning, our sliders allow easy maintenance to prevent mud build-up and premature corrosion and retain maximum strength.

Designed to fit all Discovery sills using the CR4 mounting plates, do not connect the monocoque body of the vehicle to the chassis rigidly – just as Land Rover designed, allowing the body to flex on its rubber mounts.

Our sliders offer the ultimate in corrosion resistance and off-road protection. Using a hot-dip galvanising to BS EN ISO 1461 2009 and BS EN ISO 9000 externally and internally, treated using our proprietary method, and finally, powder coated using our architectural textured matt black powder coating.
