*Some items listed on our website are to order and not necessarily a stock item. If you are unsure, please call us.
New International Customers:
For any payments over £250 and it is your first order please select 'Bank Transfer ' at checkout you will then be given our bank details.
New UK Customers:
First time orders must go to your billing address.
First time orders over £300 without a 3D secure payment must be paid via bank transfer.
First time orders over £1000 must be paid via bank transfer.

All orders must be delivered to the PayPal registered address i.e. not collected in the MM4x4 shop or delivered to another address.

General
These are MM4x4’s Online Store Terms and Conditions of Sale to which all online purchases are subject. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
VAT is currently chargeable at 20% on all items except books in the UK. All products are including VAT (where applicable). Where applicable this will automatically be calculated before you submit your order when you go to the Checkout Page on our Secure Server.
MM4x4 will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email to you, using the address you supplied when registering with our website. This email is only an acknowledgement and does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order.
All items are normally in stock and available for dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order. Items not currently in stock can normally be sourced within 24 hours. In the rare event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
All items are priced in UK pounds. If you live outside the UK a currency changer is provided in the 'Shopping Cart'.
MM4x4 shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
MM4x4 will not be liable for any consequential, indirect or special loss or damage. MM4x4 will not be liable for any financial loss due to fluctuating exchange rates.
MM4x4 will not be liable for any loss of profit, income, revenue, anticipated savings, contracts, business in the event of incorrectly supplied goods.
VEHICLE SALES WARRANTY
Unless otherwise stated, all of our vehicles are sold with 3 months parts and labour warranty on major parts only
Items covered include but not limited to - engine - turbo - gearbox - transfer box - props - differentials - brake calipers - handbrake module - air compressor - cooling system - drive shafts
Items not covered include but not limited to - electric window motors - radios - satellite navigation systems - entertainment systems - reverse cameras - central locking - parking sensors - air conditioning
Returns Policy
Returns: If you change your mind about a part, please return it to us in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. You will be asked to provide the original purchase invoice and the part must not have been fitted or used. We will endeavour to refund you within 14 days of return.
Faulty Items: If you suspect that a part is faulty and it is still in the warranty period, please return it to us in the original packaging as soon as you can. You will be asked to provide the original purchase invoice. Any faulty parts are sent back to the supplier for inspection prior to issuing a refund or replacement. Please be aware that this can take a matter of weeks, so if a replacement is urgently required, it will need to be purchased until a credit can be issued. MM4x4 will not be liable for any consequential, indirect or special loss or damage.
Returns can be processed over the counter or via post. If you opt to post your item(s) back to us, you will need to contact us via one of the following methods to get a returns number;

This returns number should be written clearly and sent back with the goods, along with the reason for the return. We recommend keeping proof of postage. If you wish to organise a collection, please contact us using one of the methods above and we can organise a courier to collect (they will have your returns number).
Please note: MM4x4 do not take responsibility for loss of goods or damage to goods during transit to our premises. Upon inspection, if a part is found to be free of fault, we do not refund delivery charges and may charge for collecting the goods.
