UK Mainland Orders
We aim to dispatch the same day on orders in stock placed before 3pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be sent out on the Monday after. Deliveries will take place on working days (Monday to Friday) unless the service is upgraded. We only use a next working day delivery service. We also offer a local collection service. 

Special & Saturday Deliveries
Please contact us for a delivery quote if you would like to upgrade your order to a Timed or Saturday service. 

Remote Delivery
Some remote UK locations are 48 hour minimum delivery, we cannot guarantee Next Day Delivery for these areas. Please be advised that locations such as the Scottish Highlands may incur a delivery surcharge. Contact us prior to purchasing if you're unsure as to whether this will affect you.

International
We offer a worldwide delivery service, please contact us prior to ordering to ensure we can deliver to your country and for pricing/estimated arrival times. Please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the order price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and not that of MM4x4. Please check with your country's customs office to determine any additional costs prior to purchasing.

Returns Policy

Faulty Goods: Products are warranted for up to 1 year (Warranty maybe longer depending on the product purchased). If the part is found to be faulty, we will repair the product or if that's not possible, give you a replacement.

Unwanted Goods: If you decide that you do not want any item that we have delivered, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery, provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition (including its original packaging), along with the wrapping and invoice (as proof of purchase). A 15% handling and re-stocking fee is applicable to all parts and accessories that are not faulty.

How to return goods: To return an item, you must first contact MM4x4 by email or telephone us on 01905 451506. We will issue a Returns Number which must accompany the goods being returned, let us know which item(s) you wish to return, and the details of any fault, along with your invoice number and your personal details.
