You will need a bespoke shipping quote if your country is not listed in our European DPD list (click here)

General 

These are MM4x4’s Online Store Terms and Conditions of Sale to which all online purchases are subject. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

VAT is currently chargeable at 20% on all items except books in the UK and other European Community Countries. All product are plus VAT (Where applicable). Where applicable this will automatically be calculated before you submit your order when you go to the Checkout Page on our Secure Server.

MM4x4 will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email to you, using the address you supplied when registering with our website. This email is only an acknowledgement and does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order.

All items are normally in stock and available for dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order. Items not currently in stock can normally be sourced within 24 hours. In the rare event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

All items are priced in UK pounds. If you live outside the UK a currency changer is provided in the 'Shopping Cart'.

MM4x4 shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

MM4x4 will not be liable for any consequential, indirect or special loss or damage.

MM4x4 will not be liable for any loss of profit, income, revenue, anticipated savings, contracts, business in the event of incorrectly supplied goods.

Faulty Goods: If you've had the product for up to 1 year, we'll repair the product or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement .

Unwanted Goods: If you decide that you do not want any item that we have delivered, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery, provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition (including in its original packaging), along with the wrapping and invoice (as proof of purchase).

How to return goods: To return an item by post you must first contact MM4x4 Returns department either by email at dispatch@mm-4x4.com or telephone us on 01905 451506. We will issue a Returns Number which must accompany the goods being returned, let us know which item(s) you wish to return, and the details of any fault, along with your invoice number and your personal details. Please make sure goods are correctly packed for post/shipping, MM4x4 can not take reasonability for damaged goods during transit to our premises All items returned by post (unless faulty) are returned at your cost. You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting (available from all Post Offices at no charge) when returning items by post. If you post your item(s) back to us, we will endeavour to send you a replacement or refund your payment within 14 days, providing your Returns Number is included with the items returned.

To arrange for an item to be collected by MM4x4, you must first contact MM4x4 either by email at dispatch@mm-4x4.com or telephone us on 01905 451506. We will arrange for a courier to collect your goods. The Courier company will have your returns number. Please make sure goods are correctly packed for post/shipping, MM4x4 can not take reasonability for damaged goods during transit to our premises.
