My Landrover broke down at a motorway services and I was towed to M and M 4x4 services. Having never used this garage before, I checked their online reviews which seemed to be good and clearly they are a 4x4 specialist.

Having experienced their work first hand I can 100% recommend them. They were empathetic to my situation, given I lived over 150 miles away and rely on my car for work, so fitted my car into the workshop as soon as they could. They kept me informed over the phone and did exactly what work needed to be done (no unnecessary work carried out/no overcharging etc) and very fairly priced for the work they did on my car.

I would use them again if only I lived closer! Thanks again.

Excellent, prompt service.

Brilliant and intelligent packaging ensured no transit damage at all to the heavy pair of Land Rover side runner steps ordered.

I had ordered a similar item a couple of weeks ago from a different supplier, with a slightly different design, which arrived damaged in several areas due to slipshod and inadequate packaging. I had to return that one for a full refund, so was a bit apprehensive when ordering from MM4x4 in case of a repeat negative experience. But I needn't have worried.

Winter Driving Tips

Breakdowns and accidents are more common in the winter, when driving conditions can be challenging.

When the ice and snow prevails, driving can be more hazardous. Slippery roads can dramatically increase stopping distances, and bad weather can mean that visibility is poor.

There are many things which you can do to help keep safe on the roads this winter.

> Plan ahead and allow plenty of time for your journeys.
> Ensure you leave extra time to de-ice your vehicle.
> Keep fuel levels topped up to at least 1/4 tank in case of unexpected delays.
